Our refund policy is designed to provide you peace of mind when ordering our products. If you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you may request a full refund and we will also send you another batch of the same order to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a full refund and a replacement batch, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. The request for a refund must include a clear explanation of dissatisfaction and any discrepancies in the product delivered.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom photo magnets made using your personal photos are crafted specifically for you and generally are not eligible for returns due to dissatisfaction with design or aesthetics. However, if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not match the specifications you provided, it qualifies for a full refund and replacement under the conditions stated.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
Notification: You must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the product to initiate a refund and replacement request. Please send us an email at beemagnets2024@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Verification: We may require evidence of the issue, such as photos, to process your refund request.
Approval: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
